Join us in celebrating Womens History Month with
a fitness workshop, offering a variety of high
cardio and low impact fitness classes through out
the morning. This annual event is an opportunity
for women/men of all ages, both German and
American, to come together to exercise, exchange
fitness/nutritional strategies and network.
Attire Comfortable workout clothing,
cross-training or aerobic shoe. COST is free!
