Efficiency Areas RCEs

• Promote and develop proposals at a regional level
  with a key emphasis on service improvement
• Provide mobile/flexible efficiency data where
  relevant to authorities of mobile options for
  improved performance.
• Provide support and resource through the RCEs to
  local authority activities.
• Provide support to RCEs in experience sharing and
  the promotion of cross authority efficiency
  saving initiatives.
• Ensure the regional promotion through the RCEs of
  success stories / case studies
