• RPC minutes any other RPC documents (e.g.
  CaRMS selection criteria IMG selection criteria
  Intimidation and Harassment Policies etc)
• Sample files with consent from Residents attached
  - at least one from each PGY year at least one
  in remediation or probation - if relevant
• Evidence of academic curriculum (list of
  seminars actual curriculum)
• Evidence of Research - abstracts posters
  papers conference presentations (if you have
  them in print)
• POWER Data - on aggregate evaluation
• Data on where your Residents go - work
• Data on Resident exam results - RCPSC and other
  if relevant
• Data on Resident satisfaction - if any
• Data on Resident achievement of objectives (e.g.
  log books for procedures community rotations)
• Goals and Objectives
• Your presentation
