• How to communicate program requirements and
  timelines.

Desired Results

• Identify barriers unique to Reply Mail to
  transitioning to the Intelligent Mail Barcode
  and develop approaches to overcome them.
• Provide industry feedback on counting and
  invoicing procedures to maximize opportunities
  for participation and efficiency gains.
• Develop approaches to communicate the benefits of
  Intelligent Mail for Reply Mail to promote
  widespread usage.
