The Development of PRIME

• 2000 NATOs request for a web-based database to
  ensure a decentralized PWP/IPP management.
• 2001 Switzerland offers to develop PRIME
  - the ISN carries out the project.
• September 2001 PRIME goes online.
• 2002 PRIME becomes an official coopertation
  between Switzerland and Bulgaria.
• July 2002 PRIME is upgraded to version 2.0.
• 2003 Major Software adapations are currently
  being implemented -gt PRIME version 3.0
