What you need ..

• All you need is.
• A white top for a girl boys wear no top.
• White or blue judo pants and jacket.
• Water bottle because you will get very tired.
• Yourself!!!!!!!!

How to get into judo

• Someone will come around to your school and
  invite you to start judo in a dojo ( judo club)
• Then you will get all of the things you need and
  start training.
• Hopefully you will stick at it and go to the
  Olympics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
