Title: Hindsight History, sometimes called counterfactual history, is usually not history at all, but most

1
Hindsight History, sometimes called
counterfactual history, is usually not history at
all, but most often a condescending game of
one-upmanship in which the living play political
tricks on the dead, who are not around to defend
themselves -as written in American Creation by
Professor Joseph Ellis, Mount Holyoke College
