NDTA Mission

• The National Defense Transportation Association
  (NDTA) has historically served as a link between
  the transportation executives in Government and
  their counterparts in Industry. Chapter
  activities bring together transportation
  professionals from the military, other government
  agencies, and the commercial industry to enhance
  their knowledge, broaden their professional
  education, and enjoy each others company.

• Membership includes a subscription to the Defense
  Transportation Journal, a bi-monthly magazine
  that is a rich source of information about your
  industry, your government, and the world around

Purpose

• To provide a common forum to discuss and
  endorse
• programs that promote transportation
  preparedness for
• economic and security needs
• To provide active assistance, in a non-partisan

• Assist in transportation education of young
  executives
• Support continued reliance on private
  enterprise systems
