• ISM Course 3 is a technology based solution for
  the teaching and learning of Basic Algebra at the
  8th or 9th Grade level as an electronic textbook.
• ISM Course 3 installs as a course on a Moodle
  server. Moodle is a FREE Course Management
  System (CMS). Moodle allows educators to create
