Introduction
  • This is a class observation of the facilitating
    style and teaching methods used by Mr. Michael
    Geraghty in the first class session of the
    MGT-431 HR Management class.

  • The class began with an introduction of the
    students. Each student described his work,
    academic courses, and goals.
  • The agenda for the class was posted on the
    whiteboard.
  • The class expectations were explained and
    detailed when the instructor presented the
