• This is a class observation of the facilitating
  style and teaching methods used by Mr. Michael
  Geraghty in the first class session of the
  MGT-431 HR Management class.

  students. Each student described his work,
  academic courses, and goals.
• The agenda for the class was posted on the
  whiteboard.

  detailed when the instructor presented the
  syllabus

Activity 1

• Role Play interview for a UOP Faculty position
• Look for communications which may not be in

  Phoenix standards.
• Brainstorm possible undesirable behavior or
  attitudes displayed in the interview.

• In your Academic Affairs Team design questions
  to ask in a meeting to review alleged unethical
  conduct charges.
• Use the questions formulated, and conduct an
  ethics review meeting with the accused student.
• Brainstorm good and poor practices employed in
  the meeting.
