During Setup enter the number of seats per table
(8-10 seats). The report indicates Full -
when maximum seats are assigned.
Unassigned - when the bidder has not been
assigned a seat. Over - when more seats are
assigned than the maximum per
table. Under - when the table has
vacancies.

During setup enter the dinner price, and when
registering Bidders the system automatically
updates their ticket price to the Revenue
Worksheet. Also when posting the winning bids,
the system updates the items sold price to the

on the bottom line. Keeping track of expenses is
as important as tracking revenues. Merchandising
is often overlooked. A successful Auction sells
items that approach their retail value.
Typically most auctions average only 50 of
retail value. Our goal is to improve that to
about 75 of retail. A successful auction does
not happen over night it has become a
reoccurring annual event.
