WcBc What is a License Plate?

• A License Plate is a Unique Identification for
  any type of Containment.
• The WcBc product has 2 or 3 levels of
  Containment.
• 1st Level The first level is the Item, Lot, and
  Quantity.
• 2nd Level The second level is the Container. The
  Item, Lot, and Quantities are kept in a Container
  (This is Required). There is no limit to the
  number of Items, Lots, and Quantities that can be
  in a Container.
• 3rd Level The third level is a Pallet. The
  Containers are kept on a Pallet. We call this
  Pallet/Container visibility (This is Optional).
  There is no limit to the number of Containers
  that can be on a Pallet.
• The WcBc uses the terms Unit Id, Container, and
  Pallet. When you see the term Unit Id it can be
  either a Container or a Pallet. If you see the
  term Container or Pallet then it must be a
  Container or Pallet.

WcBc License Plate Types

• There are 2 types of License Plates
• Movable Units Units that Move throughout the
  Supply Chain.
• Loose or Static Units Units that are fixed to an
  Inventory Location.

A Unit that is Loose or Static and is tied to an
Inventory Location.

WcBc License Plate Tags

• A License Plate indicates the Item, Location,
  Lot, and Quantity of the given items that are on
  the Container (i.e. Pallet, Bundle, Container,
  etc).
• Pre-Printed Label These License Plate tags are
  Pre-Printed from any Purchase Order or Work
  Order.
• General Label These License Plate tags are the
  most common of the Units, These can be used for
  any type of Moveable Unit containment.
• Loose Label These License Plate tags are used
  for Discrete Locations (Non-Moveable). The Unit
  Id is tied to the Inventory Location.
• Multi-Customer Label These License Plate tags
  are for Shipping Containers that can be shipped
  to any Customer on the Load.
• Unit Id 10 Label This License Plate tag is a
  Packing List for the Container, Printed at the
  time of Pick and Stage.
• Pallet Label These License Plate tags can be
  affixed to a Pallet that can have multiple
  Containers. This is called Pallet/Container
  Visibility.

LP Tag General

• These are Labels that are Pre-Printed for any
  type of Unit movement of inventory. They can be
  used for WO or PO Receipts, Adjustments, Picking,
  Loading, and Cycle Counting etc
• These are the most common used Unit Id and can
  be used for any type of MU.

LP Tag Loose

• These are Labels that are assigned to Discrete
  Inventory Locations.

LP Tag Multi-Customer

• These tags are attached to Shipping (Wire Mesh)
  Containers that are affixed to the Truck so that
  Items/Lots can be placed for any destination on
  the Load.

LP Tag Unit Id 10

• These are Labels that start as a General Tag,
  once the Pick and Stage transaction is finished
  with the Unit Id the User is prompted to print
  the Unit Id 10 Label. This Label is a Packing
  Slip for the Unit.

Unit ID (License Plate)
Prints up to 10 Item/Lots that are on the Unit.
If more then 10 Item/Lots are on the Unit then
additional Unit Id 10 labels are printed.

LP Tag Pallet

• These are Labels that are affixed to a Pallet and
  can be used if 2 levels of Containment are being
  used. These are used for Pallet/Container
  Visibility. The Pallets and Containers have
  unique identifiers.
