Why are we doing it?

• Digital Divide
• The term Digital Divide has been used to describe
  the social implications of unequal access to
  information and communications technologies and
  to the acquisition of the skills necessary for
  full inclusion.

Why are we doing it?

• Small country towns were the least likely to have
  used home computers and the Internet, according
  to a new study based on 2001 Census data by the
  Australian Bureau of Statistics.
