About us

• A new holiday feeling with Kempinski Hotel
  Adriatic Villas "Kempinski Hotels", one of the
  oldest luxury hotel group worldwide, has signed a
  cooperation agreement with "Rezidencija Skiper"
  located on the beautiful coastline of Alberi near
  Savudrija (Istria).Currently, 11 luxury villas,
  each with its own heated pool, seven residential
  buildings with 61 luxury suites, and three
  attractive apartment buildings areset in
  parkland with phoenix palm trees and fantastic
  flora.The present leisure facilities are
  completed by a beautiful poolscape with an
  outstanding view of the Italian and Slovenian
  coastline, a large privatebeach, a modern sports
  centre, a playground for children and a
  church.Absolutely new on the programme are the
  5-star Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, the conference
  centre siteddirectly on the sea, with its own
  marina for 38 yachts of up to 35 metres, the
  18-hole golf course, and 25new luxury villas. In
  the spring of 2008, this unique and superb luxury

• Apartment SKIPER FAMILYTwo-floor apartments with
  spiral staircases between levels, they have
  living spaces between 71 m2 and 88 m2, including
  two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one on each floor),
  one living room with a sofa bed and a beautiful
  kitchen as well as a furnished terrace with a
  view of the sea a perfect accommodation for
  families.
• Apartment SKIPER JUNIORThese modern apartments
  have living spaces between 35 m2 and 45 m2 and
  consist of one master bedroom with king bed, one
  living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, one
  bathroom and a large furnished terrace with a
  view of the sea.

• A-la-carte-restaurant SKIPER has culinary treats
  for every taste. Its terrace with a wonderful
  view and its air conditioned indoor rooms invite
  you to take a trip to the world of Istrian and
  Mediterranean specialities. Enjoy the well-known
  Istrian seafood salad, raw ham with sheep cheese,
  garnished scallops, sole, sea perch or our
  home-made noodles Tartufi with truffles and
  parmesan cheese from the region in an atmospheric
  setting.

• Pool and beach
• The two fresh-water pools are ideal for cooling
  down. While the children are having the time of
  their lives with water toys in their own 120 m2
  kiddy pool, adults can enjoy the magnificent view
  from the POPEYE pool bar. And those who seek
  relaxation at the seaside will find the private
  beach of Rezidencija SKIPER with its splendid, 3
  600 m2 sun-bathing deck is just perfect.

• Four tennis courts (green set), one
  multi-purpose court for football or basket ball,
  beach volleyball net,a fitness centre with high

• The spring of 2008 will see the opening of the
  5-star luxury hotel "Kempinski Hotel Adriatic".
  With its 200 rooms, suites and President Suites
  it will set new standards. The size of the luxury
  accommodation will range from 42 m2, 54 m2 to 110
  m2, equipped with every comfort and
  state-of-the-art entertainment and communications
  technology to ensure an unforgettable holiday
  experience all year round.

Kempinski VillasOn a 65,000 m2 property, set in
a wonderful park with a magnificent view of the
sea, we are building 25 luxury villas with their
own heated pool and a 2,000 m2 garden. As of the
summer of 2008, guests will experience the
feeling of super comfort in an area of either 450
m2 or 1,000 m2.
