We will leave on Wednesday, April 3rd, at 900
a.m.
PARENT CHAPERONES

• BE HERE AT 800 A.M. TO HELP LOAD THE BUS

• Collect money from the students in your group and
  put it in a Ziploc with the students name on it.

• TRY TO SPACE YOURSELVES ON THE BUS
• (There should be enough seats for the adults to
  have their own.)

ON THE BUS

• We will stop at 1 or 2 rest areas on the way.
• Everybody will need to bring their own sack
  lunch.
• Students may not drink soda on the bus, only
  water.
• Hard candy will not be allowed!!!!
• Students will need to stay in their own seats.
• Videos about the ocean and other movies will be
  shown.
• Chaperones will take a head count before we go
  to our next destination.
• Students will pick up trash on the bus after
  each stop.

YMCA Camp Surf

• We will be arriving at
• 400 p.m.
• Camp orientation
• Unpack
• Free time
• Dinner
• Campfire activity provided by
• the Counselors

SEAWORLD900 a.m. to 600 p.m.

• All students and chaperones MUST attend an
  educational show at 1000 a.m.
• Students will be given a booklet as an activity
  educational guide for the day to fill out.
• (Chaperones will have a book with the
  answers.)
• Chaperones will be with their groups at all times
• Students may NOT sit the splash zone unless their
  chaperone is with them.
• If you are wet, you will not be allowed on the
  bus.
• Groups will be on their own the whole day unless
  the chaperone would like to meet with me at a
  specific time that is predetermined.

MORE SEAWORLD INFORMATION

• Chaperones will carry the students money in
  baggies
• Everyone is responsible for their own lunch
• PLEASE DO NOT buy anything for anyone in your
  group unless it is for your own child.

• Leave for Tucson _at_ 200 p.m.

CLEAN UP!!!Students will clean up and buy
souvenirs. Head back to TucsonEat PIZZA in
YumaArrive _at_ 1000 p.m.
