Weaver are all highly qualified teachers with a
wide variety of educational and professional
experiences.
3Requirements to Enter Kindergarten
- All kindergarten children must
- Be 5 years old by September 30th.
- Have a birth certificate
- Have a physical exam and all required
immunizations. - Have the Tennessee Child Health Record completed
by a physician or the Health Department.

Special activities and field trips are used to
enhance the various units taught and to provide
enrichment experiences for young learners.
5The Kindergarten Classroom
The Kindergarten Curriculum is based on the
Tennessee Comprehensive Curriculum Guide. It is
implemented through a variety of thematic units,
centers and hands on activities. Accommodations
are made to meet the various learning styles of
the individual students.

- Back pack large enough to hold a 12X14 folder
- 2 boxes of Crayola Crayons
- Bath Towel
Individual teachers lists will be distributed
at the Kindergarten Orientation in August.
