OSHA Regulations
  • 1926.300 All hand and power tools and similar
    equipment, whether furnished by the employer or
    the employee, shall be maintained in a safe
    condition.
  • 1926.303c- (1) Safety guards must be provided for
    abrasive wheels.
  • 1926.304 (e)- All personal protective equipment
    (PPE) provided for use shall conform to Subpart E
    of this part.
