• Weekly planning and training continues with Ford
  specific requirements.
• Internal Audit begins on Dec 14th.All processes
  have been mapped.
• Registration audit is scheduled by Feb 1, 2005.

Manufacturing

• Plant Lay out
• Changes to the lay-Out are as follows.
• Battery Cable harnesses. The objective is to
  integrate cutting into the assembly lines.
• In Ford the plan is to move the Artos machines
  closer to the assembly lines.
• Looking at new buildings for business expansion.
• Lean Work-Shop (Bosch Fuel rail harnesses).
• Accomplishments
• Incremented daily production by 10.
• Reduced two operators.

Materials

• South bend and Royal Die tooling move
• South bend and Royal Die tooling will be
  relocated to Sun Micro Stampings (Matamoros, MX)
  for the Atlantic program
• The Behr program part will be relocated to Acra
  (Traverse City, MI).
• Both tool relocation will happen the week of
  12-6-04
• Physical Inventory
• Physical Inventory was conducted on November
  20,2004
• Total inventory adjustment was for (51,000)
• Inventory Control and Cycle count processes will
  be improved to avoid inventory write offs
• Need to review Physical Inventory procedures in
  QAD (gray areas)
• Plant Shut down
• The Nogales Mexico facility will be shut down
  from December 20th, 2004 through January 3rd 2005
• The Nogales Arizona warehouse will be closed
  December 24 and from December 27, 2004 through
  January 3, 2005

• Interviewing candidates for the HR Manager
  position.
• Thanksgiving lunch was served on November 24th.
  Food was served in our Cafeteria by Managers.
• Christmas Party for kids employees.
• On Dec 11th we will have a Christmas party for
  all operators.
