Assessment
This is no real assessment for this lesson since
this is the last and culminating activity. The
class will cook a chosen low sodium Vietnamese
dish together. Each person will be assigned a
task such as measuring the salt, converting
the condiments, and washing and cutting the
vegetables. Happy eating and healthy living!
