  cross-cultural principles in relationships and
  work.
• Gaias research and extensive travel to many
  unique countries has given her an appreciation of
  societys values and the affect these have on the
  individual.
• She is Managing Director of Tirian and creative
  designer of Tirian programs.
• Gaia has worked with some of the top executives
  in multinational companies throughout the world,
  in areas of leadership and team development.
• She has been in high demand as a keynote speaker
  facilitator in over 14 countries, and has
  successfully worked with over 30 different
  nationalities.
• Clients include Accenture, Amex, Citigroup,
  Deutsche Bank, Cisco Systems, EY, Four Seasons

Andrew Grant (BEd Dip Tch) is the Managing
Director of Tirian and creative designer of
Tirian programs. He has worked with some of the
top executives in multinational companies
throughout the world, in areas of leadership and
team development. He has been in high demand as
a keynote speaker facilitator in over 14
countries, and has successfully worked with over
30 different nationalities. Clients include
