Living with your family
You might live with your family. You might have
lived with your family since you were very
young. You can choose to stay with your family
if everyone is happy for this to happen. It is
ok to choose to live with your family.

7

Living with a carer
You can choose to live with a carer in the
carers own home. The carer will not be part of
your family. To live with a carer you need to
have an assessment from Adult Social Care to find
out if it is right for you. An assessment is a
list of questions someone will ask to see if you
are allowed to get something.

letter after the interview. The letter will say
whether you have got the job or not. If you have
not got a letter after about 2 weeks you can call
the company. You can ask when they will tell you
if you got the job. Be polite because they
might not have decided yet.
