  • General
  • Necessary to include in the final report pictures
    of the notice boards
  • Activity Report
  • Include clear reference to LIFE in all
    dissemination material (e.g. articles in
    newspapers, ..)
  • Include in the final report deliverables from
    task F,G and H

Remarks on costs
  • Necessary to comply with all remarks by LIFE
    regarding financial report in order for costs to
    be considered eligible
  • Software must be included in Consumable
  • Include role description of companies
    subcontracted (BW, Sintesis, Lärmkontor,..)
  • Fill in all invoice numbers
  • Include payslips and timesheets from 2006 to 2007
    from all full partners
  • Consider depreciation (when relevant)
  • Include VAT certificates (when required)

  • Task G - Definition of good practice guide,
    policy recommendations and management system
    optimisation
  • Task H - Analysis of application of noise
    management system in other environmental
    management systems
  • Any further reports not submitted previously

Audit report
  • LIFE requires an audit report for the full
    project
  • This should be based on individual audit reports
    from each partner
  • Each partner contracts a local auditor
  • In some case this can be internal organisation
  • Audit costs can be declared under other costs
  • For these costs to be eligible, auditor should
    invoice before project end (end of August)
  • auditor may complete audit after end of August
  • Port of Amsterdam will send detailed info on
    auditing requirements
