Group Exercise

• Four groups will be formed for development of a
  demonstration project proposal.
• Select a group leader from the team and
  brainstorm in order to identify possible ideas to
  address a selected problem or a set of problems.
• Develop a demonstration project proposal through
  further brainstorming.
• Identify project objectives/results and
  corresponding interventions for achieving them.
• Fill out all forms (Form A D) as part of a
  demonstration project proposal.
• Facilitators will be around, get help from them
  if any confusion arises.
• Make sure that the proposal meets the
  evaluation/selection criteria.
