  • to Include the Establishment of a Senior
  • Management Team to Streamline the Effort.
  • The Goal is to Field the ETM Readers to the
  • Active Duty Forces No Later Than 2nd QTR
  • FY01. In Order to Accomplish This Goal, the
  • ORD Must be Formally Documented and
  • Approved as Soon as Possible. Additionally,
  • the Acquisition Strategy Must Address How
  • ETM Readers Relate to the Interactive Electronic
  • Technical Manual (IETM) and the Soldier
  • Portable On System Repair Tool (SPORT)
