What it looks like

• A bald eagle has a white head and brownish black
  body full of feathers. They also have talons for
  feet. Male bald eagles are 3 ft, 7- 10 pounds
  and have a wingspan to 6 1/2 long.

Where it Lives

• Bald Eagles live in northern Mexico, Canada and
  every state in the USA except Hawaii. They also
  live by Puget Sound.

What it Eats

• A bald eagle eats mostly fish but still eats
  water birds, small mammals and carrion. Eagles
  can fly as fast as 48 kph. They can carry half as
  much as they weigh.

• The bald eagle has no predators except for
  humans, but they use the feathers.
