What is SWABIZ?How does SWABIZ work with
Cliqbook?

• What is SWABIZ?
• SWABIZ is the Southwest Airlines online booking
  tool that allows business travelers full access
  to all Southwest fares.
• How does SWABIZ work with Cliqbook?
• Through a special partnership between Concur and
  Southwest Airlines. SWABIZ is now integrated into
  the Cliqbook tool and allows users to access
  SWABIZ fares during a Cliqbook Search. Users
  MUST have a Southwest Rapid Rewards Number to
  utilize the system.

How to make a booking using SWABIZ in Cliqbook

• Complete normal search in Cliqbook. (Note that
  either search by schedule or price can be used).
• The SWABIZ link will show in the Pricing/Airline
  Matrix in Cliqbook.
• Note the SWABIZ link will only show in Southwest
  Airlines markets.

Compare the Prices

• Cliqbook will return results for all carriers in
  that market.

Booking via SWABIZ

• Click on the SWABIZ link in the price/airline
  matrix.
• There will be a prompt to select a credit card to
  be used on the SWABIZ site. (Select credit card
  and then click next).

• Note the SWABIZ link will prompt another window
  to open, it is important that the Cliqbook
  window is NOT closed during the SWABIZ
  pricing/booking process.

• Select flight options and fare category for both
  outbound and inbound flights then click Go To
  Next Step Price

• Complete the information that is required to be
  filled out and then move to bottom and click I
  Want to Purchase This Air Travel (Note most info
  will populate from Cliqbook).

• The selected flights will be priced and here is
  an opportunity to read the fare rules regarding
  each flight. When ready click on Go To Next
  Step- Purchase

• Once flights have been purchased a confirmation
  number is presented from SWABIZ.

SWABIZ booking merges to Cliqbook

• Once the booking process in SWABIZ has been
  completed the SWABIZ booking data will merge into
  Cliqbook
• The Cliqbook screen will retrieve the SWABIZ
  record
• It is now safe to close the SWABIZ Link
• Note do NOT close the Cliqbook site as the record
  will be lost and will not show in Cliqbook
• Complete/Finish the booking process. Refer to
  next slide for record finishing details

• SWABIZ flights have been added to Cliqbook -
  continue the finishing process by clicking NEXT

• Complete the reservation process in Cliqbook by
  clicking Confirm Booking

• When the booking process has been completed there
  will be a Finish/Confirmation screen with your
  Cliqbook record locator.

Southwest Confirmation Number

• When booking through Southwest the Southwest
  confirmation number is located with the flight
  segments.
• The Trip locator is not the Southwest
  confirmation number.

Changes to Southwest Records

• When booking via SWABIZ the booking is directly
  with Southwest Airlines.
• Request for changes or cancellations made
  directly with SWABIZ should be made directly with
  an agent or via Southwest airlines.
• Please refer to your Southwest Airline Locator
  this is located in your itinerary with the flight
  segments.

Changes or Cancelations

• After the initial SWABIZ booking travelers can go
  directly to the Southwest website for changes and
  or cancels.
• CWT does not monitor or track any unused
  non-refundable ticket values when changes are
  made directly on the Southwest website. The
  client is fully responsible to manage.
• Note Southwest Airline will communicate with the
  traveler via email regarding any changes and/or
  credits. (See below)

Confirmation of SWABIZ Booking

• When bookings are made via SWABIZ through
  Cliqbook traveler will receive three
  communications. (See Below)
• Confirmation of the SWABIZ booking from Southwest
  airlines.
• Cliqbook Status update (sent from
  Travelwizard_at_outtask.com) indicating the SWABIZ
  reservation was sent to Carlson Wagonlit Travel
  for invoicing.
• Confirmation from Carlson Wagonlit Travel
  confirming the SWABIZ booking has been invoiced.
