• Christopher Chia is the Senior Pastor of Adam
  Road PC. He was converted at a Billy Graham
  Crusade in Australia.
• He pastored both Prinsep Street Presbyterian
  Church and Adam Road, its church plant, until
  from 1991-1999.
• He's been blessed to see ARPC grow from a handful
  to more than 1,200 adults, 300 kids and youth.
• Chris enjoys an international ministry of
  preaching, lecturing and helping churches grow
  healthily.
• Chris trained at Moore College, has an MTh from
  Oxford and a D.Min from Gordon-Conwell.
• He was appointed Research Fellow at Harvard in
  1999. He and Mona have two children.

1. Leaders, and their wives, are to have a good
reputation that does not dishonor God (1 Tim 3)
2. Leaders, if married, must be faithful and
able to manage their households (1 Tim 3) 3.
Leaders should make Godly decisions which edify
the body and evangelise unbelievers (Acts 6) 4.
Leaders must discharge duties willingly as
selfless shepherds, not as self-interested
