• Test /Pilot sites at Vanuatu, Nuie, Tuvalu and
  Kirabati
• MetserviceNZ, NOAA, SPREP are all seeking funding
  for more Ranet sites in the region

Western Pacific Coverage

• The Worldspace satellite system can be received
  until the dateline
• HF radio systems are being investigated and
  tested in the Eastern Pacific
• The Bureau of Meteorology is developing the
  content for uplink
• A real time systems is being planned
