Parents select a child using pull down menu.
Form Name
Forms are divided into sections. When a parent
completes a section on one form, it fills in the
information on other forms with the same section
e.g., Family Contact information appears in
permission forms, health forms, and emergency
forms.
Parents click hypertext, which takes them to an
editable page where they put in the information.

signature. Parents e-sign by entering their
passwords as the official e-signature.

Online Credit Card Transactions
Illustrated using sports user fees. This same
concept can be used for field trips, tuition and
lunch programs.
We use Paypal for our credit card transactions to
ensure high levels of security.
When the check is received by the school, staff
make a notation and e-sign, which updates Summary
Statistics.
Parents can also print the form and pay by check.
