  • Guided search boxes
  • Use the dropdown boxes to find appropriate index
  • Short or long index lists customizable in client
  • Alternately, use the label term to over-ride the
    index term in the box
  • Quick search box option in browser
  • Combine search indexes using Boolean operators
    and boxes, or within same box by typing in
    Boolean operator and index label
  • Boolean operators
  • and, or, not
  • and is assumed when searching multiple keyword
    (not phrase or whole phrase)
  • Limits/qualifiers
  • Save searches Know the shortcut for clearing the
    search boxes
  • Index labels are retained, even if terms go
