7If working in a pair
- You must change the resources for each design
task to two people. - Put the actual times spent on design work into
each of your individual MS Project Plans. You
will do your own analysis on this. - Individually manage the project. This will be
your own data and analysis. You will do your own
changes and estimates, and Status Reports.
8MS Project Enter actuals in columns. Insert
columns first
9Or enter values in Tracking Mode. Select Track
then follow set up steps. Enter values in yellow
task rows
10Select Report view and then what you print will
be what is showing on the screen (without the
left hand menu) Also can set up to compare to
baseline on left hand menu
11Print your report on PSFile
12Select your Pairs and give your names to the tutor
