• Wilma Dr. Henriquez hired for 60 days to lead

  (voluntarily) to write remaining Wilma PWs.

• Compiled 64 page Hurricane Manual for MCSD from
  lessons learned from 2005 storm season.
• Returned 20 leased trailers purchased 9 trailers
  for displaced employees and continue to manage
  project
• Director of Finance suggested AI as a solution to
  speed up the FEMA closeout process.

  proposal to board.
• Presented AIs plan of attack to settle the
  FEMA Claims.
• Utilized AI to implement plan SHSC gave updates

• Recovered and auctioned or sold remaining
  trailers.
• Met with Superintendent to discuss costs vs.
  outcome /AIs strengths/weaknesses.
• Asked to refocus from easiest PWs to appeals.
• Superintendent met with SHSC to emphasize
  recovery of large dollars lost.

• Working to get Wilma closed out.
