4What are we doing now?
- Phase 2 January 08 August 08
- Design an IW Self Assessment Tool
- 10 people in each of the150 local areas complete
the tool - Analyse the results and report back to Ministers
/ Expert Group in July / August.

- This year CWDC is asking local areas to
- Complete the current Integrated Working Self
Assessment 2008 - Complete the Workforce Reform self assessment
when available, and prepare an action plan - Identify appropriate people to attend future
events/seminars on both integrated working and
workforce reform - Take part in any regional structures you identify
- (we will be asking you later this afternoon for
your views on what event/networking support you
would find useful) - Invoice us to receive grant payment

9What will happen with the information gathered?
- Full report to Ministers and Expert Group
- (e caf and Information sharing),and Integrated
working teams in DCSF - We will use it to plan for future support.
- Training/ guidance data will be separated out and
used as first stage in exploring training
practices and processes. - Local areas will have a copy
- Work out the average to benchmark
