all students can be successful success comes
in many forms all secondary programs and
post-secondary destinations have value and

many pathways to all destinations students
should set goals and design pathways that reflect
their individual interests, abilities and
needs all students should graduate from high
school with a clear plan, the ability to
implement the plan and adjust it as required

comprehensive system-based and community-wide
re-culturing campaign and the development of a
full range of program pathways and pathways
support programs in all middle and secondary
