We believe
 all students can be successful  success comes
in many forms all secondary programs and
post-secondary destinations have value and
lead to success post-secondary destinations
include apprenticeship, college, independent
living, university, and workplace there are
many pathways to all destinations students
should set goals and design pathways that reflect
their individual interests, abilities and
needs all students should graduate from high
school with a clear plan, the ability to
implement the plan and adjust it as required

All students leave Peel secondary schools with
a diploma, certificate, community living skills
and/or industry certifications and a clear plan

We believe that this can be achieved through a
comprehensive system-based and community-wide
re-culturing campaign and the development of a
full range of program pathways and pathways
support programs in all middle and secondary
