  • Once you have located the course you wish to take
    and have read the description, objectives and
    other pertinent details it is time to enroll.
  • Notice you can see how many seats are available
    at the time of your enrollment request (Capacity
    Avail/Limit column)
  • Click the enroll button for the offer that works
    best for your schedule and location.
  • The example shown is for an instructor led
    training event that requires manager approval for
    enrollment. This approval requirement is
    indicated by the rubber stamp as part of the
    enrollment icon. Courses with tuition generally
    require manager approval for enrollment.

  • If you have found the course you were looking for
    but no offers are currently schedule or meet your
    needs, enroll in the Request a new offering
    session for the course.
  • This request cues demand for courses so new
    offers are scheduled appropriately.
  • As new offers are published, people enrolled to
    the Request a new offering session will be
    notified.

  • Once you have requested enrollment, the following
    screen displays and an email is sent to your
    manager within one business day indicating a
    request needs processing.

  • Enrollment requests are noted on the Home tab gtgt
    Overview page in the My Requested Learning
    section.
  • Once the request is processed by your manager,
    you will receive a notification indicating if it
    was approve or rejected.
  • Approved enrollments move to the My Learning
    section. Logistics and details regarding the
    offer enrolled to generally are emailed 3 weeks
    prior to the session.
  • Rejected enrollment requests simply are removed
    from your view.
  • Should you ever need to unenroll, please
    familiarize yourself with the OD Cancellation
    policy.

  • eLearning and even some instructor led offers do
    not require manager approval for enrollment.
  • The example shown is for a Brand Management
    elearning course. Notice the enrollment icon
    does not show a rubber stamp thus no manager
    approval is necessary.
  • For elearning courses, clicking the enroll button
    allows you to begin taking the training right
    away. For scheduled courses with no manager
    approval required, clicking the enroll button
    will reserve you a seat in the course and the
    registration will instantly appear in your My
    Learning section of the Home tab gtgt Overview page.

  • When you enroll in elearning, the course is
    usually instantly available. Here you can see
    that a blue play button allows you to now launch
    the course.
