I have been studying in Australia, Japan, and US.
The longer I lived there the more I was able to
see the cultural difference between Hong Kong and
other countries. It made myself know more about
my country and culture.After I graduated and
came back from Japan,I taught Japanese and was
involved with some work for Japanese language
and culture. Because of that job, I had a chance
to search a lot about Hong Kong and Japan.I
realized that I really love languages and Asian
cultures.

• Korea is very close to China and share many
  things such as history, culture and language. It
  is one of the most influential countries in Asia,
  and Korean is the most scientific language in the
  world. I think, if I study Korean, it will open
  the door to Asia and see a comprehensive view
  toward China, Japan and Korea.Because of that,
  I decided to study Korean by myself. After I
  started learning Korean I was fascinated by it
  and could not stop. I studied for one year, and I
  was accepted to this BA in Korean at City
  University of Hong Kong.

I believe that learning Korean will help me
understand the cultural difference among China,
Japan, and Korea. Korean, on top of my language
abilities of Chinese and Japanese, will open the
door to connect the real Asia. I hope to pursue
my huge dream of becoming a language professor in
the future. I will try my best to achieve my
