It is predicted that the top 10 jobs in 2014
dont even exist today.

We are trying to prepare our children for jobs
that dont even exist yet, involving technologies
that havent been developed yet, and looking for
answers to questions that havent even been asked
yet.

If Americas children are going to be ready for
the jobs of tomorrow they are going to have to be
more knowledgeable and skilled than ever before.

    create awareness on careers in Aviation and
    Aerospace through student-educator tours career
    fairs providing classroom speakers, mentors and
    internship programs for the 350 students who are
    enrolled in Monroe's School of Engineering and
    Design -- including those students who are
    physically and/or intellectually challenged.
  • SFVAAC does not charge dues nor does it require
    mandatory participation in any of its programs or
    meetings.  We exist because we care about the
    future of the industry we love its graying
    workforce and its best workforce resource for
    the future  our young people.

Teaching All Children
  • We can, whenever and wherever we choose,
    successfully teach all children whose schooling
    is of interest to us we already know more than
    we need to do that and whether or not we do it
    must finally depend on how we feel about the fact
    that we havent so far.
