EBS Supplier Collaboration
  • Supplier Collaboration (Web-based)
  • Collaboration is a process of sharing time-based
    quantitative/qualitative information between DLA
    and its applicable Suppliers
  • Goal
  • The goal of the Supplier Collaboration Process is
    to facilitate communication and partnering
    between the DLA and its Suppliers in order to
    reduce uncertainty in the supply planning process

Supplier Requirements Visibility Application
(SRVA) Tool
  • SRVA provides 24 months of Projected Purchase
    Orders (PPOs) by NIIN, FSC
  • Originally designed for Competitive Items (coded
    with Acquisition Method Codes (AMC) 1 and 2) only
  • Free and open access not IA compliant
  • As promised at the last SEPRT, the Collaboration
    Program Team modified SRVA to include Sole Source
    Items (AMC 3, 4 and 5)
  • Sole-Source SRVA Phase 1 functionality (FSC/NIIN
    query) delivered 9 July 2009 for SSA partners
  • Sole-Source SRVA Phase 2 w/NIIN download-to-Excel
    functionality delivered 8 Aug 2008
  • Access via DIBBS login/password IA compliant
  • 12 SSA Partners trained to date
  • Refreshed the beginning of each month for all
    AMCs
  • Currently operational on the DIBBS website.

  • SSA Partners will have accounts tailored to
    their specific CAGE Codes
  • Phase 3 will replace Manugistics Supplier
    Collaborate Retrofit that was planned for late
    May 2009 release
  • One-stop shop will prevent us from having to
    get system access to a new system and learn how
    to use it
  • Phase 3 will deliver the following data elements
    that were planned for Manugistics Supplier Collab
    Retrofit

  • Total Stock On Hand Quantity (SOH)
