  • What evidence do you have in meeting the ECM
    requirements for that theme now.
  • Highlight any gaps/issues - could be in
    policies/procedures/training of staff/curriculum
  • Look at relevant product samples for that theme.
  • Consider how you could us these qualifications to
    meet ECM requirements - think about needs of
    staff, students/pupils .
  • Focus on benefits-flexibility, evidence for
    Ofsted, additionality/enrichment funding, etc
