Germs
Germs are tiny living things. They are so small
and sneaky that they creep into our bodies
without being noticed. In order to see them, you
need a microscope. They can live inside and
outside our bodies. Some of the germs that live
inside our bodies make us sick. Germs can cause
us to have a cold or the flu. We can do many
things to help us fight the germs in our bodies.
First, we need to get plenty of rest. Second, we
should keep our hands clean by washing them.
Third, we need to eat healthy food and drink lots
of fluids. We can fight germs if we take care of
our bodies!

Dolphins
Dolphins are mammals, not fish. This means that
they are warm blooded like humans. Dolphins live
in every ocean in the world. They usually swim
with a pod, or group of dolphins. They breathe
through their blowholes that are on top of their
heads. Dolphins can hold their breath for 5 to 8
minutes at a time. Dolphins give birth to one
baby called a calf. Dolphins usually eat fish
and squid.
