• Meetings and conversations have been maintained
  with other construction-energy related platforms
  such as ESTEP - European Steel Technology
  Platform, HFCP -Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Platform,
  PVTP - Photovoltaic Technology Platform, ESTTP -
  European Solar Thermal Technology Platform,
  SUSCHEM Sustainable Chemistry. They fully
  support the E2B JTI.

4. Veiklos planas

• The objective will be that the European
  Commission sends to the Council a proposal for
  the Council regulation concerning the setting up
  of the E2B JTI during the second semester of 2008
  to be adopted by the Council and the Parliament
  in 2009.
• Artimiausios veiklos
• To settle down the list of Founders of the
  INPIA based in Brussels, under Belgian Law.
• To finalise the statutes of the INPIA and
  create it.
• To continue with formal contacts with EC
  representatives of DG research, DGTREN, DG INFSO,
  DG Environment and MS in order to size the E2BJTI
  and place it in the frame of FP7
  (NMPEracobuild-DGTREN-Energy),CIP, Eurekabuild,
  National Programmes.
• To send support letters from the industry and
  ETPs to the European Commissioners of research
  and energy for the implementation of the E2B JTI

• The Founder Members will advance 50.000 at the
  moment the Association is constituted and the
  Presidium operative.
• The difference between 50.000 and the 10.000
  for the 2008 annual fee 40.000 will be
  reimbursed by the Association to the Founder
  Members along 2008 or 2009 according to the flow
  of funds due to the entrance of new members in
  the association.
• An additional entrance to the association fee
  will be determined each year by the General
  Assembly. In 2008 the entrance fee will be 0.

  partners belonging to ECTP and other national
  technology platforms
• Figures are well known, several nations have
  initiated national programs in this field, but we
  should speed up the process.

• The main Spanish members of the E2B JTI have
  approached the Spanish Ministeries that could be
  involved in the E2B JTI

• The Ministery of Dwelling
• The permanent Spanish delegation in Brussels
• All them have expressed their support to the E2B
  JTI.
