• Mark items that are serial tracked items that
  have data plates
• Mark all manufactured items that have data
  plates
• Task Components to provide marking strategy for
  in-service parts
• Tailoring UID guidelines for in-service parts
• Develop funding strategy and alternatives
• Identify and recommend marking methods
• Develop metrics for part marking
• Establish business rule/requirements
• Long Term Strategy (FY08 beyond)
• Require marking of all serialized parts
  including DPM item
