    reported Tobacco Use
  • At intake, 13 (262/2062) of EIPP Participants
    reported Substance Abuse in their home
  • On the initial CHA, 34 (702/2062) of EIPP
    Participants had a positive screen

Violence
  • At intake, 11 (226/2062) of EIPP Participants
    reported violence in their home
  • On initial CHA, 32 (662/2062) had a positive IPV
    screen with violence occurring within the
    previous year

Emotional Health
  • At intake, 42 (868/2062) EIPP Participants
    reported a history of depression including post
    partum depression
  • On initial CHA, 57 (1174/2062) were assessed to
    have a positive emotional health screen of 1 or
    higher with a history of mental health concerns

  • Use of the PSAP tool improves identification
  • Highest increase in identification from the
    violence screen
  • Ease of use reported by EIPP Staff
