• In the Czech environment Renaissance art was
  accepted as positive as in other countries
• George Melantrich from Aventina - printer and
  publisher
• Daniel Adam z Veleslavína - writer, organizer of
  literary activity
• Brother Gregory was in Kunvald in northeastern
  Bohemia in 1457, founder Unity of the Brethren
• Unity of the Brethren is one of the Protestant
  (evangelical) churches operating in the Czech
  Republic
