    signal via the Jak-STAT pathway

    11, 12, 13, 15, and G-CSF, LIF and the
    interferons
  • In addition, growth hormone, prolactin,
    erythropoietin, leptin, thrombopoietin
  • Many growth factor signal pathways
    cross-communicate with the STAT pathway.
