• Behavior, and especially emergent behavior, is an
  important consideration for OOTW models
• Approaches include inferred or computed behavior
  models, entity based automata models, (as well as
  mathematical approaches).
• Federated models provide a means to feed
  conditions to the behavior models and outcomes of
  behavior back to the constructive or virtual
  models.
• We need to do more to apply this approach.
