Polyethylene shrink films are primarily used for
over-wrap bundling notably for canned and
bottled items. These films come in a variety of
grades, including mono-layer and multi-layer.
Clarity, strength, gloss and other
characteristics can be tailored for particular
applications. Printed film is considered an
excellent alternative to paperboard packaging and
offers a significant cost savings, waste volume
reduction and sustainability.

The Pacmac 9500F produces 3-sided pinch seal
style bags with reclosable zipper (zipper in the
fin). This is the preferred bag style for
laminated structures. Plus the machine can be
upgraded to run conventional style pillow bags.
This machine offers a bag width up to 15 and a
length up to 21. Pacmac machines can run either
single, one structure films or multi-layer
laminated films of most structures.

This includes Oriented Polypropylene, Nylon,
Polyester, Metalized PP, as well as PLA,
Biodegradable and Sustainable films. Because of
our printing expertise, we are a large supplier
of printed zipper material for our own printed
bags as well as other suppliers bags. A number
of films have been developed for specific
functions such as lid-stock, extended shelf-life,
heat resistance and so forth. We work closely
