Respect for adults!!!!

• Why we should have respect for adults?
• It is good manners
• Because they are older than we are
• Because they ask us to do things for our own
  safety and well being.

How do we show respect?

• Being polite and remembering our manners
• Do not answer back
• Always be helpful
• Listening to people
• Doing things you are asked the first time you are
  asked
• Being nice and friendly

Why we should have respect for other pupils?

• To get along with each other
• To make our school a nicer place
• To make other people enjoy coming to school

How do we show respect to other pupils?

• Being kind to people
• Do not say nasty comments
• Always be friendly to others
• No name calling
• Do not start fighting with other pupils
• Be polite to people
• Listen to other pupils when they are talking
• TREAT THEM HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED!!

Behaviour rules in year 5

• Keep your hands and feet to yourself
• Do not be silly
• Be kind to others
• Do not use bad language
• Do not back answer
• Do not say nasty comments or call people names
• Do not throw things across the classroom.
