  prays and the LORD has mercy (71-3)

  nation. The prophet prays again and the LORD has
  mercy. (74-6)

  current state of the nation against Gods Law and
  His principles) He will not pass by them
  anymore. (77-9)

  nation mourns and eventually seeks for Gods word
  but it wont be found (4-14)
