• In the area of community engagement, 50 of
  those surveyed indicated that their congregation
  does very well at helping people from the
  community feel welcome in the congregation.

• Only up to one-third of respondents indicated
  that their congregation did very well in any
  other area, with only 18 saying their
  congregation does very well at helping adults get
  to know children and youth "in the places where
  they live and work."

• The majority of survey respondents (70) said
  they feel like they belong in and are satisfied
  with their congregation.

• Most also said that the congregation
  strengthens their faith (67) and deepens their
  commitment to their faith tradition (63).

• Only 40 agreed that their congregation "has a
  real impact in the community, nation, and/or
  world."
